How do you get your forum to set
as when you go the the forum link like mine here
http://gamernade.top-talk.net/forum.htm
before you enter you haft to agree to the board rules/ the ToS
would be much appreciated

If you read this tutorial on using HTML pages, you should be able to create a new hompage.

When creating your page, simply add the Terms of Service to it, then add two buttons at the bottom with one linking to your forum's main page, and another linking to another site (eg, Google).

I don't think that there are any more tutorials on HTML pages, sorry.

If you get really stuck, just ask us a question here, and we'll attempt to answer it for you. I would really love to see something like what you want achieved, and I know it is possible to do.
