mass email only goes to admin address

I have tried several time to send a newsletter to all of my members. I get three in my inbox on outlook. It says it was send from Marans Of America [board@forumotion.com] and then goes to admin@maransofamerica.com
No I have doubled checked and made sure that I have the All Members in the pull down menu clicked on it. But and when I preview it , it says all members . But after sent it is when it says to admins.
I get three email for I am joined on my forum 3 times and the emails goes to my same outlook. But I have as yet a members getting any. Whats up with that. I really need to send this newsletter out. I finally just had to post it on the forum for all to see. But I would like to get to the ones that have not signed on in a while.
Whats wrong with the system?
