I will go straight on :

• Shadow on text isnt needed
• I d rather see text starting with a capital letter
• I d rather see them a bit rounded ( 5-10% ), now they look really sharp
• I am missing a border, but then again, they could look great without it too
• The green thingie is excellent. It certainly brings attention to this ranks
