Smileys (emoticons)

Hello, I have a new forum which was born yesterday. It is going well and my members are really excited and posting prolifically.

One thing we really need is a 'hug' smiley as we are good friends and very supportive and occasionally would like to punctuate a post with a supportive hug.

Would I be allowed to add a 'hug' to my emoticons and how would I do it?

You have to save the image onto your computer.
After that
admin panel-> display -> smileys
add new smiley.

there you give it a name ... you give it the keyboard shortcut and then you load the image from your computer. You also choose which smiley set to add it to.

But beware ..if your image is too big it may not get uploaded.
If you want to add more smileys , just repeat the above procedure
