Staff : Member Ratio?
Out of curiosity, what is a decent Staff:Member ratio?

Re: Staff : Member Ratio?
Depends on how many members you have
Typically, a 10 - 20 staff > 100 members is good, when their all active, and all around the world
In my opinion.

Re: Staff : Member Ratio?
A ratio does not depend upon the number of members. And I think that 10 - 20% of the registered members being staff is a little bit too much.

Re: Staff : Member Ratio?
On Warbears, the ratio is more like 1:10,000
On the forums however, only 200 of those people post (so its more like 1:200)
But, they also moderate BTC (2D interactive chat rooms) so they usually moderate those more closely
Also, you may want to consider timing. Its benificial to have mods staggered at different time zones (so they can cover the forums while your sleeping )
It just depends on your situation.
If you give me a link to your forum, i could give you a better estimate.
