Gallery credits problem - contacting Admin Empty Gallery credits problem - contacting Admin

I have been trying to contact someone to rectify a problem (my fault) but apart from Cornelia (thanks Cornelia) I have not had any success.

Basically.........

I have made a mistake when extending the gallery time, instead of extending the time I have extended the space, which is way more than I need.

How can I get it changed back?

I am not looking for a refund I just don't want to be paying for space I don't need everytime I extend the time.

Ian

Ian The reason is because, Typlo is the only one who could help you out regarding these kinda issues.
Just PM him & wait for a while since he is busy to answer your problem.

My apologies that should have read Cornelia, no problem there, unfortunately she doesn't have the right permissions anymore so suggested I contact Typlo who hasn't replied (But has read both PM's).

Cornelia then suggested I contact Caihlem but he has removed his PM facility.

Sorry for the confusion I will edit the first post.

Is there any chance that someone can answer this please, as I am going to have to make another over payment in the next couple of days to keep the gallery active.

There doesn't seem to be a way to reduce the amount of space you require, only to increase it.

How long is considered a reasonable time to expect some sort of answer?

Well I sent another PM, got a reply which did not answer the question and now my PM's are blocked.

My PM's were polite and only asking for a solution to a problem so I don't understand why they are now blocked.

So, I take it this situation hasn't been encountered by anybody else ?
i.e. there is no option to reduce the amount of space required.
