Social Groups

This unique feature of vBulletin, is one of the best features of vBulletin, oh and I just love how they just updated their social groups feature a little while back.
With this feature, users can create their own social groups freely which other users can join. <_<

What is Forumotion? Facebook? Didn't think so, voting no (if there were a poll to vote on).

This isnt towards you, but to everyone who starts with : "vBulletin is so awesome, they have that and this and that thing is so great and its a good idea and why Forumotion doesnt have this..."

Lol, vBulletin is $180, so if I can afford that, I'd sure be out of here ;D

And its only SOCIAL GROUPS, not a whole social site, its just that a user can make a group other members can join and all that shit.

Why not just make a private forum and an open group with access to that forum?

You can have forums however you like. It doesn't mean a thing if it is Facebook or not.

Does it matter? Everyone can have their forum however they wish.

I dont want to start a war, but I hate to say it guys, but, in this USER update coming soon, were going to have a myspace like addition (According to Typlo), so why the heck are you saying no for??

I am unsure of where to vote really,

I want to vote NO, because I dislike most social network sites due to complex reasons,
But want to vote YES because I like the idea, + its a good idea, and would contribute well with the myspace profile update

So, im not going to vote, until im convinced that this is either a Good or Bad idea.


BTW: I don't want ForuMotion any more like myspace or facebook
