Memeber is getting DNS fault ?

I have a memebr that cannot get into the forum for some reason he attacthed a screen shot of the fault been going two days now .... anyone got any ideas ?

Ask him to clear his cache, but hitting ctrl + F5. Then try to enter.

ok will suggest that now he at college at mo so no rush but hoping will be sorted today as been off fer two days now
