Can someone please tell me if there is a way to track users to see who has viewed a post and when they viewed it? Thanks.

No there is no way to do that sort of thing sorry the only way you can do that is if the member of your forum has made a post in your forum /topic

Sorry can't be done
with out a ip tracker and this site dont have one this sort of things been asked for here Clcik here
