Top Poster Widget - Change Bar Color Empty Top Poster Widget - Change Bar Color

I would like to change the bar color for the top poster widget. Can someone please point me in the correct direction?

If you want to change the top poster bar, Go to Display>> Pictures and Colors>> Pics management>> Advance mode>> Vote bar Left/Center/Right>> Add your image and Save.
