No, it's not possible, the forum doesn't exist anymore in the database. People who do illegal activities have to assume their mistake.

And about videos, movies and music, you can't distribute them without permission from their authors.

We have a juridical responsibility. Allowing this kind of stuff would bring us problems, and it's the same thing for any host.
