Scroll Over Images? Left Side Images? Empty Scroll Over Images? Left Side Images?

Hey Everyone. Look on this forum:

Do you see how there's forum, home, news, groups, etc. Then you can scroll over them and a different image is there. I've never known how to do that. Can someone please help?

Also, I want to know how to put images just on the left side and not in the middle or on the right.

Long ago I was able to do this. Very Happy Then I was messing with a website. But I've forgotten it all by now.
