Title background colour?

Hi! I have problem about my title background colours I really like the theme i have right now and i´v tried many. The problems is this: backround is black and forum text colour is black. I want text colour to remain black but it does not show in options category because the background picture is black. How can i change background? Is there some place where i can get it as lighter version so those texts could appear (options, calendar, votes). ..thanks !

If you want to change the color of the background;
Admin Panel => Display => Pictures and Colors => Colors

Hi Caihlem! Thanks for trying to help me but i noticed that this is not actually main problem. Problem is that the picture of background is black so it does not help if i change colour of backgounds

Edit: I solved problem by changin backround picture. Now i´m happy with my forum appearance and thanks for great forum services!
