domain name renewal

hey, ive bought the credits and clicked renew the domain name, yet it just says renewal in process. and has done for like 5 days.

dont know whats meant to happen. heeeeellllppppp

anyway, the status seems to have changed it doesnt say renewal in process anymore it now just back to normal, but when i click to take up my domain, it says the domain is taken, it isnt because when i type it in it says it is pending renewal or deletion

can anyone help?
