Chat room error need to be corrected. Empty Chat room error need to be corrected.

There is one error that need too be really corrected when people join the forumotion chat.. when people join this is what it say "Admin has joined the chat the Mon 2 Mar 2009 -"


it supposed to be "Admin has joined the chat on Mon 2 Mar 2009 -" what i have put in bold is the correct formate..thank you.
