Solved no registration

Hi...

I have big problem...can not register new user...PLEASE HELP Sad
this is the problem: Administrators have forbidden any new members.

Go to the admin panel, general, configuration,

Then scroll down until you see "Forum on holiday :" put no

And for " Forum in construction " put no
