Signature Saving - Error "Close Tags"

I've had this on a forum before, now it's on my own.

You try to save your sig, it says "Close Tags" in red.
All codes are closed. Nothing appears to be wrong at ALL.
I've had a member come to me about it, and I'm not sure how to fix it. Help?

Whats the code that he is using?

And my member is using an Image from his computer.

make sure that you have the tags below exactly the same

You also, cannot directly upload an image from ur personal computer to your signature, you need to upload it to a image host such as Servimg.com

I know the tags, they're correct.

I'll tell my member that, as well.

Edit: Never mind, he uses photobucket.

We had the same problem. I think it had to do with the skin. After I took the skin off, the problem went away.
Now, if you leave the tags unclosed it just shows as [color]text[color] etc.

I made my own theme..

Skin doesnt affect it, tell him to do exactly what the error message tells him to do, close the tags..
