Can someone explain me how can I set the maximum aceppted size for published pictures?

Sure, just navigate the following to change the pixels size :

Administration Panel >

Display tab >

Avatars -- Avatars Gallery >

Click the Personal Avatars tab, and there you go. Once you completed your process, be sure to Save the settings afterwards Wink

In phpBB3, add this to your CSS:

.post img {max-width: 640px; max-height: 480px;}
Change the values to whatever you want. Images larger than the limits you set will be scaled to fit within your limits.
