Splitting up the categories

Ok I might be having a stupid day today, but how do I spllit up the forums on the main page into individual divisions, sorted in their categories? At the moment they are all just in one big block see here: http://demoncss.forumotion.com/index.htm

Display>Structure & hierarchy
Split categories on index: make it medium.
