Personal Messages - help.

I would like to know if I am able to see my members, personal messages or is this against the rules? (I am admin on a forum)

I joined their forum a while ago, and we had an argument due to them fibbing about things which were said - but wasn't. I gave them my link, just before - trusting them to behave but they haven't and they are now basically neglecting my rules. I've heard they've been pm'ing each other on my site. Is there any chance I can view her pm's, so I have proof to be able to delete her?

PM= Private Messages. You are NOT allowed to view others PM's. Its been suggested and refused. Not much you can do.
