Newsletter Empty Newsletter

I have made the mistake of sending Newsletters to my self to get the look of them right and now that I have it ready It won't let me send it.
I get this message "You cannot send another e-mail at this time. Try again later."
How long will I have to wait or can a mod please sort this for me, I should of had the newsletter out at the start of the month.
