How to add widgets??

i dont have any idea how im ment to do this but can some one tell me where i go wrong and what i get right ...


1. admin ctrl pannel > Modules > Forum Widgets
2. DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO

Also, you can always get cool things to add as custom blocks (modules/widgets) such as :
• Xat Chatbox [ http://xat.com / http://chatango.com ]
• Custom Playlist [ http://playlist.com ]
• Youtube / Yahoo Videos [ https://www.youtube.com / http://yahoo.com/music ]
• Funny Images and Graphics [ http://pyzam.com ]

There is already a top poster widget in every forum. To add the top poster widget, Go to Modules>> Forum widgets management>> On the Existing widget tab, Drag the top poster block to where you want it to be.

Well, you can always activate the default widgets such as the Top Posters :
• Administration Panel (in Advanced Mode- not Simple Mode)->
• Modules tab ->
• Portal & Widgets -- Forum Widgets Management ->
• Scroll down a wee bit under the 'blue-outlined Widgets Display box' and you'll see two mini tabs- Exiting Widgets and Personal Widgets. In the Existing Widgets tab, drag up any of the widgets (recommendedly 'Top Posters') into the 'blue-outlined Widgets Display box' (if you drag the widget to the left side of the box, it will appear on the left side of the forum; vice-versa), and finally Save the settings afterward.

Also, you have to make sure you have both Forum Widgets sides activated. To have this done, navigate back to Portal & Widgets -- Forum Widgets Management, and at the top of the page in the Forum widgets general options section, Enter 180 into one of the Width Column tables that is empty. Finally, Save the settings afterwards.
