Warning Level Bar Empty Warning Level Bar

Hi all how do i add a warning level bar like the ones on here were they change colour.

Thanks for that sanket, iv done all that and i now have the bar, is it possible for the bar to change colour if a warning as been given like the one on here.

To change the colours, you'll need to edit the current colours using an image editing software such as Paint - which comes with most computers.
