Why my forum doesn't show the amount members registered??? Empty Why my forum doesn't show the amount members registered???

I have a forum. The total members of my forum is 10 users.
But when I go to my forum. The section "WHO IS ONLINE?" only shows that only 7 registered users. The new users weren't updated. Does anybody have solutions?? In my administrative statistic shows 10 users registered.

Go to Users & Groups>> Inactive Users>> Activate users who is inactive.
