As usual, when a new update comes, I will start a poll. Participate in the poll and let Forumotion know what you think about the new updates!

i will like when the update is completed, but now it's had many trouble

the avatars in phpbb3 memberlists... well it looks a little funny... lols...

the advanced profiles are great... its just so much more easier to find and edit the addons... I love the fact that you can add your own messengers and contact forms... that is good... I know my polish friends will add gadugadu the polish communicator.

I'm having trouble installing the rep and points system on my test forum... I don't know why this is happening, because on all my other sites the points work great. Maybe my test forum is just overly over coded and has problems now... but still.

All in all I think this update has closed a few annoying suggestions... the rep adn points systems can be converted into a cash mod and what not. Nice... i am impressed.

Is the update only for the phpbb2 version?

its for all versions.
But there is a set of fixes that are for phpbb2

I must say it's so sad, the "thanks" button doen't appear on my forum, I can't even change the name "Reputation"

just wait a while... i had that problem also wait a while it will activate... like 10-15 minutes... don't know why but thats how it is (at least my case)

The memberlist doesn't even work now. It keeps bringing me back to the forum index.

OF COURSE I don't like it

Half of my buttons doesn't work... many of them also appear in the wrong line.

I'm sorry to say that, but I'm disapointed!

So far I got a memberlist button that only returns me to the homepage
a calendar button with a search function that appears to do nothing and I can't get rid of it

The poll on this page doesn't seem to work properly, and the edit facility icons on this page seem to
have vanished, all in all a typical update day

I'd vote no to this poll if it would allow me

so memberlist is a global problem, just please be patient this update has just been released of course it will have bugs as any other update... but it will be fixed

Yes I agree, One more bug noticeable in my forum is that all the members names under their avatar
in the messages pages has changed colour so as not to contrast the background page colour as well as
it was before the update.

i voted yes coz new features are great but some of them are working thats the problem

on the whole i like the idea's in this update, its just a pity they dont work properly at the moment, but im sure in time they will do. One really big disappointment though is the thanks button, who's idea was it to work like it does, whats up with the traditional way a thanks buttons work. It's not really a thanks button at all, you can only thank people in the topics you make, and you can only use it the once per topic. No offence, but what use is that.

I definitely dislike the Thanks button functionality.
But still I know that technicians is working hard to bring people new features & updates and I really do appreciate.

Hm, right now, I'm not a big fan of the Cash Mod as for it isn't working for me. The Memberlist feature will not work properly as well.

But, this would have to be the best update since ever. Look how much buzz ForuMotion is getting now. We have at least 50 users online the Support Forum at the current moment, and over 1,000 members probally have been on in the past 12 hours. This is amazing!

i checked the cash mod...if there's no shop there's no reason for the cash mod...it won't even at least show up in your profile...you can't change the name either...

You can change the name of it.. It's defaulted as 'Points', but I changed mine to 'Credits'.

loved them but some has bugs ! anyways they are AWESOME!!! i got surprised really ! the ONLY thing i am not using is cash mod! i am not using it cuz i've my personalized shop! thanks alot forumotion! my members has loved the updates!

I def. like this update, but the "points" thing is being pawned off as a cash mod when it really is not. What is the point of acquiring points if you can't do anything with them?

Cash mod is when you earn points and purchase things with those points...i.e. a colored name, larger avatar size, etc.

I'm a bit confused with this point system that forumotion has implemented...

Hmm, you are right. That's screw up as well.

I mean come on; if you are going to implement the updates, don't be impatient and implement them immediately. At least spend 1 day working more on them and making sure everything's okay with them. I do respect the creators of the updates for their work, but at least try to work a little harder on them.
