problem with portal widgets

my problem is with my forum and portal widgets. the original ones are ok but the i made myself after a while are missing the top as you can see here http://evilempirerevolution.forumotion.net/portal.htm < class="" height="25">
affiliates thats what it says on top of my affiliates. now i did nothing to change the original html code of the boxes is this a problem with hitskin or is it my computer. now all the original ones are good its just the custom ones.
