Solved Question concerning NEWS in my portal...

I got a problem and I dont know if this is the right area to ask this question anyway here it goes...

Is there a way for me to post a topic that will always be on top of my NEWS box ? cause I already tried making it to a sticky and an announcement but still if there is a new post my topic goes down and the newer topic takes its place to the top. Question

There is no way, unless you make another widget & just add links to those threads manually.
