Profile Birthdays Are Messed Up... Empty Profile Birthdays Are Messed Up...

On my forum the profile birthdays are messed up..
If I put in for the number 7 it goes to 6 when u view ur profile..
If I put 8 then it goes to 7...The months and year fields work fine.
Its just the day field is messed up..
Anyone else having this issue??
