password on one of my categories

please can you tell me if it is possible for me to put a password on one of my categories in my forum ..

sorry, you cant do it. but you can make a private forum that only certain groups can view.

first create the group that you want to see the forum.

To do this:

admin panel > users and groups > Group administration > create new group > add members to group

Now you need to make the private forum. to do this:

admin panel > general > categories and forums > Create new forum (+) > Fill in first page > save > Advanced mode > you should see your group there > make changes accordingly > save
