Forum Width Problem

hey friends i have a problem my width of the forum is not decreasing

plz tell me i really need to decrease it because most of my members are saying it to me and i also got a complain from my one member that he got a popover add
that she said to me
now tell me how to stop these popup adzz

This site has pop over ads, just got one from

To change your width,
go into your css stylesheet, find something like this.
The pop up ad must not be from forumotion. It might be from some other website she was accessing. Forumotion, does not have pop-up ads.
