HTML Homepage Help! Empty HTML Homepage Help!

Hi, My website [url=hiairport.tk]which can be found here[/url]uses a html page as the homepage!

BUT... i wanted to know if theres a code that checks if the user is logged in and if so it would redirect them straight to the index?

So

User logged in already - get redirected to index
not logged in- has to use the nav bar
