Google Webmaster Tool Error, Thanx Button Not appearing

I am new for this ...

I have tried hard to get my problems solved but unfortunately.. I am getting these problems on my forum

1.... Thanks Button is not Appearing .... I have tried that reading the support section... But no use....

2.... How can I delete a single post??? If any post is deleted it doesn't show in Basket... Y??? ..

3.... I have got my website verified at webmaster tool .. Submitted sitemap
(http://www.xml-sitemaps.com/)... followed ur instructions aswell... please find the screenshots as follows

Already send my website details to typlo and Sanket .. for screenshot pls check ur PM

but i am unable to c my website in google index.. I think i have some mistake some where... could u please check and reply me as soon as possible...

Or how can i change the title... of my present title?
Do i need to make a new forum??

2) On the post itself, there must be a delete icon or a cross. Through which you can delete a single post. Does your forum has the basket?

nope ... no one can c the colours

I tried here .. the blue colour changed to green but its not working at my forum

Which version do you have?
