members coming up hidden Empty members coming up hidden

i noticed that certain members on my website keep coming up as hidden, is there any way that i can stop this from happening...maybe something on the profile for example, i have to keep going in and setting it to unhidden and its a pain.....

There isn't any setting that disallows the members from using the hidden option.
