well i just want to know what's wrong with this page:

somehow it says 404 - not found in the middle?!

Uhm, its' working to me. It showing the Terms of Service and at the bottom of the scroll of whether you 'I Agree' or Disagree of the terms of Service....

-Mine is the same thing like that person have..Maybe you need to refresh the page or restart your browser, just close all the windows and open them again, if not, try restarting your computer/laptop.
