I just made a forum and i wanted a Banner for it.

Dimentions: the same as on the forum.
Colors: Green and Blue(text) glossy, any manipulations accepted. A chill out theme.
Text. Chill OUT. ( i want this like the phunk PHUNK on The real banner)
Other: you can add some paint splashes (glossy)
