Moderation

1) Is it possible to let moderators, only be in moderation for just one category

Example

A dog breeder - can be moderation ONLY for the breeding section?

Is this possible?

2) And I have also seen on other forums (made with Forumotion) that you can, have the usersname which are moderators for that section..

How do you do that?

Admin Panel>>User & Groups>> Groups>>Make a group then get the permissions for the section you want>>Save
