cursor blends in with background

Hello, I have been getting emails from users of my forum saying that when they're typing their posts the cursor is the same color as the background and therefore not visible. Does anyone know how I can change the color of either the cursor or the background color in the box where you type in your message/post? I looked through the CSS section and I didn't see anything. Your help is greatly appreciated, thanks in advance!

Go to:

Admin Panel> Display>
Below PICTURES AND COLORS (click COLORS)
where you can manage the following:

Colors and Text Size
Background Color
table Header
Scrolling Bar Color

hey thanks for your help mate, that took care of it! it was the field that says "drop down menu, form fields, and header border color" if anyone else is having the same issue. thanks again duder.
