I know how to put a page in homepage

Can anyone tell me how can i make my homepage look more cooler but it should be of HTML

if you know the html can anyone post a code of a cool hTml page which i can use as my homepage

Why don't you just learn HTML ?

Take a look at this site where you'll find XHTML/CSS tutorials which are adapted for newbies.

The NP admin team is currently working on a new template for the website and its French sister site, SDZ. The new template aims to improve ergonomy and give a new freshness breeze. We Frenchies had a spoiler of it on Simple IT's blog (only in French) where they posted screenshots of the "almost-final" version of the new template (there might be some difference between this version and the final version who will be released) :
