How to collect profile info prior to registration confirmation?

I want to collect the profile info prior to sending out the mail to the admin to accept or reject the application. How to do that?

Not possible to do it.

is it possible to collect any info apart from username / password & DOB ?
It shouldn't be so difficult to modify the pages... If I only see the name of the person trying to register, I get a mail allowing me to look at the "profile" but there's nothing in it of course. And I don't know who they are.

I just changed some of the fields Luky posted as an example.
make the html page and then copy and paste into your rules.
People then can submit it and you receive an email with the info.
Then you can either reject or accept.
Of course you will put the fields you think appropriate
