Solved Restore a theme

I am trying to restore a theme.

Although I click on the button "Restore", there is no change in my forum.

Can anyone guide me because I cannot find my favorite theme again in the hitskin, it disappeared ?

Or at least show me the name of the theme, it is a gray theme with Apple logo on it.
