i open option allow html but it cant working html is not working on forum topic

Go to your administration panel,

General => Messages and email => configuration

Allow HTML : YES

and if you post a GAME or anything in a forum they have to register and go online.

Profile => Preferences => Allow HTML.

I seriously advise you to disable HTML... HTML = Javascript = Viruses

Really DISABLE IT before a nasty bast*rd takes advantage and infects ur forum!
