Re: Lost Posts
The pruned threads are placed in the Garbage (Basket); they are not deleted.

I understand that but is there a way to get them out of the garbage and put them back into the threads?

Re: Lost Posts
If its not displayed on your forum, then probably you deleted it previously. Don't think you can retrieve the posts, if you never saw any forum named basket.

Re: Lost Posts
Well, there is a nonviewable basket that you attach to a sectional forum. If you don't have the Basket sectional forum, then all fo the posts you wanted must've gone into another sectional forum that the hidden Basket is attached to. Search through all of your forums and make sure.

Re: Lost Posts
Hello,
So, in your forum, is there a forum called "basket" "trash" or anything similar?
if there isnt, then im sorry, you cannot bring your posts back.
Also, were not aloud to double post
Yes, you can move it the the techs section, if you have the tools
if you don't have the tools, then no.

Re: Lost Posts
solution. turn off the auto pruning. theres no reason for it.
have you and your staff prune things as you go along. create a board ware all dead post or stuff that breaks the rules go for your records on keeping track of things.
it's better then things being pruned by there selves.
i have bin doing this method this way for years and works for me well.
but everyone is different so it's up to the forums owner

Re: Lost Posts
Admin panel >>> General >>> Forum >>> Configuration >>> Basket: (choose the forum you wish to be the basket)
But first, check the basket now. Move topics you wish from that section
