scrambled forum: Need Tech Help!

Greetings,

I started a forum several months ago, and it has been very useful to me. Last week (March 29 - April 4) I was not on the computer at all. When I got onto it this morning (April 5) it was scrambled. The entire header (banner, description, menu bar, etc.) was gone. Most of the images for the buttons were not showing at all. The threads, posts, and pms that I could get to were the same as two weeks ago (around March 22). All recent posts, threads, etc. are gone. I requested a recover but it didn't help. I would like my forum to be fixed if possible. Can someone show me the way or help out please? My site is Liberty's Light.

Probably best to speak to Forumotion Staff or get a technician.

With the posts gone, check the Admin records, to see if they've been deleted by someone.

Apart from that possible reason, I think it's a tech problem.

There is nothing odd in the Admin records. How do I speak to the forumotion staff or a technician? I am new on here.

Yes, I did. The restore did not help. I used the HTML fixing feature and it did not help either, and now I have the HTML code stuck on my site. Any idea how to get it back off again and how to contact a technician?

Try a full restore.

I got it un-scrambled (it looked right) last night, but now I am getting a blank page when I go to it. The posts and threads were all still lost. I tried a full restore around three times now. I don't think that it is working.
