Solved Image size (forum width)

Post by fursaffis April 6th 2009, 5:50 am

I've been having problems with my artists complaining that when they post a large image it gets cut off, but if I increase the forum width everything will be distorted. I've seen people have boards that stretch when an image is posted that is larger than the original forum width, but don't know how to do that myself, so my question is how do you set your board to stretch when an image is posted that's larger than your normal board size? (Only for posts)

I have the same problem. solution is to use pbb2 for this.

I'm using pbb3. I hope they can integrate this auto resizing of pbb2 to pbb3.

I'll try this out, hopefully it won't mess up anything in the forums, but the artists must be satisfied =^-^=

I have a similar problem, only with me the pics are too wide. It's OK to post pics, but if the pic is too large, the whole thread has to be scrolled right and left to be able to read it. Is it possible to adjust the width of the pic so that it fits the fixed forum width, and only is expanded if you click on it?

And if you change from pbb2 to pbb3 or vice versa, doesn't that mess up your forum?

Anyone who can help me with this? If a large pic is posted on my forums, the pic does not automaticaaly get adjusted so that it fitz the forum widt. Instead, all posts in the trhead are now as wide as the pic, which means that you have to scroll roght to read all the posts.

My forum settings are at 80%, but that doesn't work for pictuses, apparently. Anyone have a solution?
