Cos I don't want any of the members to see the list except for the administators.

i don't know anyother wya just remove memberlist button from navigation bar and make a admin talk which only admin can see and talk post the link to member lists there

And if you are using images for buttons remove its image and move it to the last from

ACP---->display---->headers and navigation
