trying to add blinkies to our forum! can you please help me

Hello,im a bit stuck with this and wonder if anyone could please help me?
i have followed these steps to add the blinkie application so our members can add blinkies to there personal profiles and when i get to
>create personalised profile,
we do not have this on our admin panel?
it says special fields at the bottom.
when i click add
there is a bar with
type
name
desripton
url code
obligatory
preview
display type
it really does not make sence to me,am i going about it all wrong?
i have had no problem with all the other steps i have followed,
your help has really helped

With the new update, personalized profile became special fields.
I believe you would choose -image among a list for the type
Choose :obligatory or not
Choose :how where you want displayed: profile, msgs or both
Choose: icon for display type
Choose :members to modify
Choose :who you want to be able to see, guest, members etc

once you put that in scroll down and click the and add the urls of the images you want to have in list for members to choose.
to add more, click the again.
when you have added all of them hit save
