Someone copied my forum?

Ok, so hear's the deal.. I am your average gamer, and I made a forum for a guild that me and a bunch of good buddies created on a game. Long story short, a former guild member decided to make his own guild forum and we didn't really mind UNTIL we found out that his forum contained all our information that was posted on our site. He copied everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. He copied our headings, topics, topic headings, copy and pasted our rules and other important information, etc. He basically stole everything from us and denies he copied us (arrogant much?), while making his forum EXACTLY the same as ours. We caught him red handed when HE was posting the information at the time.

Me and a couple of friends are really angered by this. Is there anything a admin of forumotion can help? We would really aprreicate it if someone dealt with this. Their site doesn't deserve to be up and called their own..

Most of our icons, images, descriptions, and basically all content from our hosting the site are self made. I don't believe it's actually copyrighted for law however. I am well aware that I have no legal action, and I'm not asking for that, but I'm asking for assistance if there is a way to stop him from using all our infromation. Thanks,
