Making a rank

Can any of you kind members make me a quality rank saying Quiz winner with the code to copy and paste.
I have been running a 10 week quiz and its the last week next week so i want to set this rank up for the winner. Its a general knowledge quiz.

Kirk i do a quiz on my forum it runs for 10 weeks and next week is the last week so i want a rank saying quiz winner so i can set it up for the winner of the quiz,

ok here's a few examples.
if you like something like this i just need to know.
what background color?
what text color?
what shadow color?
what kind of text? if i'm able to get it.
and how big do you want it? or you can re-size your self to what you like.

or if you find a few blank buttons,tabs or banners you can do it your self or i'll try a few for ya. all your doing is adding text. you can do it in photo bucket,photoshops.ms paint? or i used Microsoft digital image starter for this one. i would try to make you a flash one but my software ran out

so let me know or if you need help. if the post gets moved be sure to tell me ware it's at.
