The catagories on the Home page are messed up

This is messed up

I have made 4 catagories within the website, each catagory has 2-3 forum in. But when i go on preview forum, the indervidual forums are in the catagories i wanted them in, but the catagory names are all 'forum'

What do i do, i mean, ive played around with the controls a bit, but i cant find a way to solve this, so please can someone help

Display > Structure and hiearchery > Select medium.

well yes, i tried both.

But on all of them the catagory name is always 'forum' when it should be the name of the catagory

May I add that it would be medium under Split Categories Also, if you want your forums to be listed, you'll need to tic *Full* rather than medium.

well i kinda want it to look similar to this:

Display > Structure and hierarchy
Split categories on index: Medium
Save
