What Does the User is active mean

(For a duration of 30 Days - For this following reason what does this do.

it is just that the member is active or not you can deactive him then he will have to activate his account again

ok but what with the yes, no, and banned that with it. What does the yes and no mean?

well yes it is active
no member have to active his id again
banned he cannot post or see your board again

from these options you can manage one member at a time

You can also deactive or delete multiple number of members from handle members

nice but, is their a way to put like a limited of days they dont go to the website. Like they have not come to the website in 30 days so they will be remove form the site. What setting is that?

There is no option for this. You will have to do this by yourself.
